SHIPPING COSTS & CUSTOMS FEES
The following conditions apply:
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
For the shipping method "GLS", we charge a flat shipping fee of €0.00 per order for orders over €50.
For the shipping method "GLS", we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order for orders under €50.
For the shipping method "Deutsche Post Large Letter", we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.00 per order.
Deliveries to EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (106 out of 110 provinces), Luxembourg, Armenia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Portugal (18 out of 20 regions), Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (47 out of 52 provinces)
For the shipping method "GLS/DHL/DPD" we charge shipping costs of 15.00 € per order up to 30kg weight.
For the shipping method "Deutsche Post Large Letter International" we charge a flat shipping fee of 7,50 € per order.
Deliveries to extended EU countries and USA/Canada:

For the shipping method "GLS/DHL/DPD" we charge shipping costs of 50.00 € per order up to 30kg weight.
For the shipping method "DHL Premium International" we charge shipping costs of 50.00 € per order up to 30kg weight.
Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 1-3 days for lamps and 1-2 days for all other products, for deliveries abroad within the EU within 3-5 days after conclusion of the contract and outside the EU within 6-10 days (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Customs fees
When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g., customs duties) may apply to your order, which are not collected or charged by us, but must be paid directly by you to the relevant customs or tax authorities. For details, please inquire with the respective authorities.
