Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a thirty-day right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Gofurnit GmbH, Herthastr. 32, 50969 Cologne, Germany, contact@gofurnit.de, Phone: 022154817219) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. You can also fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website https://gofurnit.com/pages/kontakt. If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you a confirmation (e.g. by email) of the receipt of such a withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
